Louie was a cat with attitude ;-) he had a quarter siamese in him and that quarter was his
attitude......this was his house and we were his guests....he took a disliking to my youngest sons
girlfriend and whenever she would sit next to my son he would hiss at her and head butt her
away....and he used to jump out at her from corners if he saw her come in the house....after a few
years of her coming to the house he finally accepted her lol.....Louie HATED to be lifted or
carried anywhere and he would come to you if he wanted to sit with you.....he was a real male's cat
and if my hubby or either of my 2 sons were not in the house he would begrudingly put up with either
me or my daughter he was also useless at catching mousies lol they just defeated him at every
opportunity so he decided to chase corn on the cobs in neighbours gardens and we found many a corn
on the cob on our doorstep as a presie.....louie passed away yesterday at the grand old age of 17 of
natural causes and I miss him like mad....the house is so quiet without him as all but one of my
children have left home....:-( god bless louie hope you have better luck mousie catching up in pet
heaven as you did here....miss you like mad

Precious Love

The agony is so great...
and yet I will stand it.
Had I not loved so very much...
I would not hurt so much.
But God knows I would not want to diminish
that precious love...
By one fraction of an ounce.
I will hurt...
And I will be grateful for that hurt
For it bears witness to the depth of my love.
And for that I will be eternally grateful.

Blair was a beautiful boy. He was the 'grandad' of the neighborhood. Always watching over the young ones and controlling the big ones! We now have a red fox lab named Ellie who is wonderful but no one will ever replace Bobo Bagins. As we called him. Stupid i know. Louie is very adorable. ! x

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many colours. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass.

When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food, water and warm spring weather. The old and the frail animals are young again. Those who are maimed are made whole again. They play all day together.

There is only one thing missing. They are not with their special person who loved them on Earth. So, each day they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up. The nose twitches! The ears are up! The eyes are staring! And this one suddenly runs from the group!

You have been seen, and when you and your special friend meet, you take him or her in your arms and embrace. Your face is kissed again and again and again, and you look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.

Love to you and Louie Anna, my Marlon is a quarter siamese so I know exactly what you are talking about
